The Illustrator

Anastasia Baklanova was born in beautiful Belarus, where she received a degree in Biology, studied web design and brought her passion and talents together as a children’s illustrator. “This cruel world is full of dullness, but as an illustrator I’m trying to paint white pages into bright colors to help at least one person smile. If at least one person feels better and smiles after my work, well, it means I’m doing really good work!”

Anastasia presently lives and works in Poland (Krakow) where she continues her web design, children’s book illustrations and projects to help her little, but proud motherland, Belarus fight for freedom.
